The GPS Data Analyst maintains and retrieves information from the database system of electronic units and fuel system for the company's construction fleet.
This position entails exercising independent judgment in the computer generation of all information.
Performs analysis on activities related to all electronic systems (Geotab).
Also provides information support for Site & Project Managers.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot any issues in regards to GPS and verify all units are communicating correctly with our GPS Operate all GPS systems computer-based mapping system in order to prepare or produce maps, reports and other information Identify and update database information in order to create & develop regular reports Prepare special reports and research in relation to specific GPS projects and goals Assist with maintaining the equipment auction list and ensure GPS/Cell Control/Fuel Cards are removed Maintain the accuracy of the fuel reporting system by adding/deleting driver pins and fuel cards Communicate with the Safety Department in regards to non-drivers and ensure fuel pins are removed from the fuel reporting system Distribute all new and misplaced fuel cards to the fleet Analyze fuel transactions for fraudulent activity and/or misuse Assist with maintaining the master equipment list, updating GPS/cell control serial numbers and fuel card numbers Inform Rental & GPS Coordinator and Manager of any unusual GPS reporting data Create monthly/quarterly mileage reports for the Safety department relating to personal mileage and IFTA Essential Education and
Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task Must have strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills Must have general math skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel Must have the ability to notify co-workers of provided data Must have the ability to work with office/field personnel to obtain information needed to update reports and GPS systems Must be able to maintain confidentiality Preferred Skills:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
